How long does shipping take?
We require between 2-5 working days on average to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. Some items may take longer especially around major holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues.
Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department we are unable to make any changes (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at check-out.

How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?
We offer FREE shipping over $99 to 20+ countries around the world. If you can enter your address at checkout, we can ship to you! We'll be sure to send the correct plug type for your country, too.

After we've shipped your product out, you can't cancel your order, but once you receive
it, you can return it for a refund. Please view our full refund policy for more details.

Our commitment is to process your orders efficiently. Processing occurs on business days (Monday to Friday), taking 2~5 business days. Once processed, orders are shipped the following day. Please note that we do not process shipments on weekends.

How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped.
Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.
